Certified Financial Planning Specifically for Educators

CTLE COURSES FOR NYS EDUCATORS

Renew Your License

New York State teachers who hold professional classroom teaching certificates, educational leadership certificates and level III teaching assistant certificates must complete 100 clock hours of acceptable Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) during their registration period.

Acceptable CTLE shall be study in pedagogy or in the content area of any certificate title held by the individual and include any required study in language acquisition addressing the needs of English language learners.

I am a proud NYCDOE employee and member of the United Federation of Teachers Union. Throughout my career I have been a 7-12th grade English teacher supporting and educating students in New York's Public Schools since 2001. I am also a wife, a mother of two children, a sister, a daughter, and a person who is open to learning all that she can to first attain and then maintain her millionaire teacher status.

I come from a long line of friends and family members who are empowered financially simply because they are educators. They know they have certain skills that others may not have, and as a result, they churn that into a side business. They have educated themselves on the benefits that have been provided to them from the school districts they work for-and they utilize most, if not all of them on a consistent basis for 30+ years of their working lives. They always pay themselves first by never seeing their complete paycheck, but instead, skimming at least 10-20% off the top and sheltering their money in powerful financial vehicles-all provided to them.

Over the course of the pandemic I had the opportunity to take this leap and create a company that serves as a resource hub for all of the Millionaire Educators out there who are on their way or who have already become financially free educators. Here, I hope you feel inspired to carve out your own Millionaire Educator journey and rest on the fact that you will never have to depend on a friend or a family member to take care of you financially.
